FUNCTIONS
HOW TO GET SOUND FROM A RCF mixing consoles MIXER
1. Turn your RCF mixing consoles mixer on.
2. Set all the knobs and controls to minimum position (0 or ‑∞)
3. Plug a microphone into the XLR connector ‑ MIC input of channel 1.
4. Adjusts GAIN according to MIC sensibility.
5. Connect your speaker system to the MAIN MIX output and turn it on.
6. Turn the channel knob up to "12 o'clock" position.
7. Carefully turn up the MAIN MIX fader to reach a reasonable sound level.
8. Enjoy the quality of your RCF mixing consoles mixer.
HOW TO IMPROVE THE SOUND
The RCF mixing consoles mixer implements several powerful tools to improve the sound
quality of your music even more.
EQ: A three‑band EQ is available on each mono channel, while a dual‑band EQ is available
on stereo channels 3‑4 and 5‑6. Adjust these parameters to subtract noise frequencies or
magnify desired sounds.
WARM HALL, BRIGHT HALL: good for voices, electric and acoustic guitars and main
instruments expecially on ballad songs
WARM ROOM, BRIGHT ROOM: Suggested for percussions and drums.
VOCAL: Ideal for adding depth and intensity to leading vocals or solo instruments.
PLATE: good for snare drum or dynamic percussions
STEREO DELAY: Add this effect to the main vocals or electric guitar to create great effects.
REVERB+DELAY: Try this effect on brass and vocals.
REVERB+CHORUS: try on background vocals or brass section
