engines model year2006 and later m ust bedesigned, built and
equipped tomeet the State's stringent anti-smog
standards.
Elsewhere

en-
gines c ertified formodel year 1 997 a nd later m ust meet similar stan-
dards s et f orth bytheU.S. E PA. Sears m ust warrant theemissions
control system onyour e ngine fortheperiods oftime listed b elow,
provided there hasbeen noabuse, neglect orimproper mainte-
nance o fyour s mall off-road engine.
Your emissions control system includes parts s uch asthecarbure-
tor, a ircleaner, ignition system, fuel l ine, m uffler and catalytic con-
verter. Also included may beconnectors
and other emissions
related assemblies.
Where a warrantable
condition exists, Sears w ill r epair your s mall
off-road engine a tnocost t oyouincluding diagnosis,
parts a nd la-
bor.
Small off-road engines arewarranted relative toemissions

5. Maintenance
