Powering a 12V DC Device:
The Portable Power is a power source for all 12V DC accessories that are
equipped with a 12V accessory plug. Use it for power outages and fishing or
camping trips. Estimated usage time is listed in the chart below.
Make sure the device to be powered is OFF before inserting the 12V DC accessory
plug into the 12V DC accessory outlet.

Open the protective cover of the DC power outlet on the side of the Portable Power.
2.
Plug the 12V DC device into the DC power outlet, and turn the 12V DC device
on (if required).

If the 12V DC device draws more than 15A, the internal circuit breaker of the
Portable Power will disconnect power to the device. If this occurs, unplug the
device and the circuit breaker will automatically reset after several seconds.
NOTE: The DC power outlet is wired directly to the internal battery. Extended
operation of a 12V DC device may result in excessive battery drain. Recharge
immediately after unplugging the 12V DC device.

Flex-Light
To use the flex-light, insert the light's plug into the 12V accessory outlet. The ON/
OFF control is on the back of the light.
Light Replacement
The bulb used in the Portable Power light is a 12 volt, 5 watt halogen bayonet type.
Since the bulb needing replacement is not working and the switch may be in the ON
position, the lamp circuit could be "live". Use caution while changing the bulb.
1.
Disconnect the light from the 12V accessory outlet.
2.
To replace the bulb, unscrew the cover on the lamp back, remove the old bulb,
then replace with a new 12 volt, 5 watt halogen bulb.
3.
Finally, screw the cover onto the lamp housing.
