IMPORTANT: The heat required to detect overheating is in itself sufficient to cause discoloration or
deformation of the tank walls if the tank is not filled. Always make sure that there is enough oil in
the tank.
4) Use the buttons (3) and (4) to set the desired operating temperature. The set temperature range is
between 60°C and 190°C. When the actual oil temperature does not reach the set temperature, the
heating indicator "HEATING" (8) will light up. When the actual temperature reaches the set
temperature, the "KEEP WARM" (7) light will come on.
5) After switching on the "TIMER" (5) button, you can set the operating time of the fryer. Adjustments
are made using buttons (3) and (4). After setting the regulator, the countdown will start, the display
will show the remaining time. When the time is up, an acoustic signal will sound and the device will
turn off.
6) After the oil heats up to the set temperature, the HEATING light (8) turns off and the KEEP WARM
light (7) turns on.
7) You can start frying.
8) If TIMER has not been set, the unit will automatically turn off after 4 hours of inactivity.
9) After finishing work, turn off the machine with the main switch and wait until the oil has cooled
down.
10) After the device has cooled down, drain it (drain the used oil from the device into a separate vessel
using the drain tap) and clean it. This operation should be performed after each use to keep the
device in a hygienically perfect condition at all times. When cleaning the unit further, protect the
electronic components from moisture, in particular from water, to avoid short circuits and electric
shocks. For a thorough cleaning of the device, if it is done regularly, an impregnated cloth is all you
need!
11) If the device is not used or is stored for a long time, pay attention to the storage conditions. To
prevent dust build-up inside the device, the air in the room where the device is stored should be dry
and, if possible, also make sure to cover the device.
12) It is recommended to disconnect the device from the power supply when it is not in use.
