Safety recommendations for use
Before start-up, the operator must perform the
necessary safety checks.
If a pressurised line is leaking, immediately stop the
pump and repair the leak.
Do not operate the electric pump above the limits set
by the manufacturer to increase its performance.
Starting and stopping the pump when supplied by the mains water supply
Start the electric pump as described.
1) Open the gate valve (L).
2) Open the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) based on the
configuration of the electric pump in
order release the pressure from the
delivery line.
3) Turn the electric pump on and let it run
for a few minutes.
4) Adjust the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) to reach the
pump's operating pressure.
Stop the electric pump as described.
1) Open the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) to release the
pressure.
2) Turn off the electric pump.
3) Close the gate valve (L).
Starting and stopping the gravity-fed pump
Start the electric pump as described.
1) Open the gate valve (L).
2) Open the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) based on the
configuration of the electric pump in
order release the pressure from the
delivery line.
3) Turn the electric pump on and let it run
for a few minutes.
4) Adjust the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) to reach the
pump's operating pressure.
Stop the electric pump as described.
1) Open the safety valve (F) or the
regulating valve (M) to release the
pressure.
2) Turn off the electric pump.
3) Close the gate valve (L).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
If the system is to be shut down with ambient
temperatures close to 0°C, run the electric pump
without water for 10 seconds with the end of the
delivery line open in order to empty the system
and electric pump of water and to prevent ice from
forming.
