4.
Use the washers and screw to the work surface
with the nuts.
5.
The work surface must be large enough to prevent
the unit from tilting during work.
9.2
Installing the table width extensions
(Fig. 4, 5)
The left table width extension (1) and right table width
extension (4) enlarge the tabletop and thus enable the
machining of large workpieces and the execution of
special milling operations.
1.
Attach the left table width extension (1) and the
right table width extension (4) laterally using eight
hexagon socket screws M5x20 (i), eight small
washers Ø5 (s), eight spring washers Ø5 (t) and
eight hexagonal nuts M5 (f).
2.
Fix the left table width extension (1) and the right
table width extension (4) in place from below using
a total of six hexagon socket screws M5x12 (h), six
spring washers Ø5 (t) and six large washers Ø5 (r)
on the front of the work table (3).
3.
Align the left table width extension (1) and right ta-
ble width extension (4) flat to the work table (3) and
tighten all screw connections firmly.
4.
The transverse stop (10) can be used for align-
ment.
9.3
Mounting the crank wheel (5) (Fig. 6)
1.
Place the crank wheel (5) on the spindle on the
right side of the tabletop milling machine and at-
tach it using a cap nut M6 (e).
9.4
Assembling the stop bar (Fig. 7-16)
9.4.1 Pressing combs (11) (Fig. 7)
1.
Attach the two pressing combs (11) to the two hori-
zontal stop supports (14) using two carriage bolts
M6x35 (k), large washers Ø6 (o) and two star grip
nuts M6 (b).
9.4.2 Suction adapter (20) (Fig. 8)
1.
Insert the suction adapter (20) into the base body
(13).
9.4.3 Vertical stop supports (15) (Fig. 9)
1.
Fix the two vertical stop supports (15) to the stop
base body (13) and to the movable stop (12) from
below using the preassembled hexagon socket
screws.
9.4.4 Moveable stop (12) (Fig. 10)
1.
Place the movable stop (12) in the groove provided
in the base body (13) and attach it using a carriage
bolt M6x40 (j), a large washer Ø6 (o) and a star
grip nut M6 (b). In addition, this is fixed with a car-
riage bolt M6x25 (l), a large washer Ø6 (o) and a
star grip nut M6 (b).
2.
On the left side fit a carriage bolt M6x25 (l) with a
large washer Ø6 (o) and counter-lock it with a star
grip nut M6 (b).
9.4.5 Stop bars (17) (Fig. 11)
1.
To fasten the stop bars (17), fit four carriage bolts
M6x20 (m), four large washers Ø6 (o) and four star
grip nuts M6 (b).
9.4.6 Pressure bar (Fig. 12)
1.
Place two hexagonal bolts M6x40 (g) and two
small washers Ø6 (q) from above into the holder
for the top pressure bar (18) and counter-lock it
from below on the base body (13) using two hex-
agonal nuts M6 (d).
2.
Attach the top pressure bar (2) using the two car-
riage bolts M6x25 (l), two large washers Ø6 (o), two
rubberised washers (p) and two wing nuts M6 (c).
9.4.7 Horizontal stop supports (14) (Fig. 13)
1.
Attach the two horizontal support brackets (14)
with the pressing combs (11) to the vertical stop
supports (15) using the two fastening clamps (16)
and two star grip screws M6x20 (a).
9.4.8 Stop bars (17) (Fig. 14, 15)
1.
Slide the two stop bars (17) through the carriage
bolts M6x20 (m).
9.4.9 Base body (13) (Fig. 16)
1.
To mount the base body (13) to the work table (3),
thread the marked carriage screws M6x40 (j) and
M6x25 (l) into the grooves on the work table (3) and
fix in place using the appropriate star grip nuts M6 (b).
9.5
Installing the front pressure bar (6) (Fig. 17, 18)
1.
Attach the holder for front pressure bar (19) to the
work table (3) using two Phillips screws M5x10 (n),
two spring washers Ø5 (t) and two small washers
Ø5 (s).
2.
Attach the front pressure bar (6) to the holder for
the front pressure bar (19) using two carriage bolts
M6x25 (k), two large washers Ø6 (o) and two wing
nuts M6 (c).
