in the upper part of the tank (b rigid), make sure that the rim is locked by
the latches. Then press the bottom part of the tank (mesh) on the metal
clamp using the clamps on the mesh. In order to place the grass
collector in the mower, lift the grass ejection guard from the mower and
place the collector on the catches (fig. E, F).
3. Connecting the power
The mains voltage must be the same as that indicated on the rating plate
(230-240V). The current protection of the network must be min..10A
Insert the mower's plug into the extension cord's connecting socket (fig. H)
To prevent the extension cord becoming disconnected during use, secure
the extension cord (cable end) through the loop and secure over the hook
before plugging in the plug. (fig. H)
OPERATION / SETTINGS
WARNING!
Do not turn on the device until it is completely assembled. Before switching
on the appliance, always check the extension cord for signs of damage,
only use an undamaged extension cord.
Attention:A damaged extension cord can be very dangerous! It poses a
threat to the life and health of the user
If you try to start the mower in tall grass, the engine may overheat and be
damaged.
Switching the mower on (fig. I):
1.
To start the mower, press and hold the safety button (2) as shown in
fig. I, pull the switch lever (1). towards the steering wheel. After
performing the steps in the sequence presented above, the mower
will start.
2.
To turn off the mower, release the safety button (1).
Attention: There is no need to press or hold the safety button after
turning on the device.
Setting the cutting height (fig. G)
Warning! Turn off the mower by releasing the switch lever and wait
for the motor and blade to stop before adjusting the cutting height, the
blades continue to rotate for a few seconds after the machine is turned off,
the rotating blade may cause injury.
For the first cut of the season, or after a long time from the last mowing,
select high cutting adjustment.
The cutting height can be selected from the following values: 20 mm, 30
mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm, by adjusting the handle as shown
in Fig. G.
Setting the cutting height:
1. Grasp the height adjustment handle, slide the handle outward to
release it from the locking notch.
2. Move the handle towards the front of the machine to lower the cutting
height and towards the rear to increase the cutting height.
3. Place the handle in the locking cutout to set the desired cutting height.
4. Make sure the handle is locked securely and securely in the serrated
handle.
Tips: For long grass, start mowing at the highest setting, then gradually
lower the cutting height.
When and how to install and remove the grass collector (pictures J,
K)
Before operating the mower, please attach the grass catcher, details on
installing the grass catcher above. When the mower is running, a blast of
air from the rotating blade will push up the grass indicator cover (Fig. J).
When the grass catcher is full, the indicator flap will rest flat (fig. K)
Detach the grass collector.
Attention: Drain the tank when it is full to avoid blocking the outlet opening
and overloading the engine unnecessarily.
Detach the grass collector as follows:
1. Raise the rear grass outlet guard on top of the grass hopper,
2. Lift the grass collector upwards to detach it from the mower body.
3. Lower the rear grass outlet guard downwards.
Attention: When mowing, place the extension cord safely on the
sidewalk, path, or areas that have already been mown.
WARNING!
The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after the engine is
turned off, so do not touch the underside of the mower until the
blade stops!
Warning! Do not let the engine run overload while mowing. When the
engine is overloaded, the engine speed will drop and you will hear the
engine sound changing, when this occurs, stop mowing, release the
switch lever and raise the cutting height. The failure may damage the
device.
Choose a cutting height that suits the desired height of grass. If necessary,
mow in several passes so that the maximum cutting height of the grass in
one pass is 4 cm.
When mowing, make sure to avoid places that could obstruct the free
movement of the extension cord.
Edge
Always unplug the mower before checking the blade in any way. After the
engine has stopped, remember that the blade will continue to run for a few
seconds before it stops. Never try to stop the blade. Check at regular
intervals that the blade is fitted correctly, that it is in good condition and
that it is well sharpened. Replace them if necessary.
If the rotating blade hits anything, stop the mower and wait for the blade to
stop completely. Then check the condition of the blade and blade holder.
Replace the blade immediately if it is damaged.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Warning! Stop the mower and remove the plug from the power
supply before removing the grass collector.
Always disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning work!
Attention: To ensure long and reliable service, perform the following
maintenance regularly:
Check for obvious defects such as a loose, knocked out or damaged
•
blade, loose fasteners, and worn or damaged mower components.
Check that covers and guards are undamaged and properly
•
attached to the mower.
Carry out the necessary maintenance / inspection or repairs before
•
using the mower.
Warning: Be sure to contact a professional maintenance agency when
replacing the blade.
Warning:Never carry out any assembly or adjustment operations with
the power connected to the mower. Always make sure that the power
button is in the off position and that the power plug is unplugged from the
extension cord.
Cleaning:
1. Do not spray the device with water. Water ingress can destroy
components such as the switch / plug and the electric motor.
2. Clean the device with a cloth, hand brush, etc.
Consultation with the Website is required:
a) If the mower hits an object.
b) If the engine suddenly stops
c) If the blade is bent (don't align!)
d) If the motor shaft is bent (do not align!)
It is recommended to replace the mower blade at the end of the mowing
season. Always replace the cutter blade at an authorized service center
(requires blade balance measurement).
