CAUTION
The unit must be installed with the appropriate antivibrators to each leg, being com-
pletely level. Do not anchor to the ground directly without placing the appropriate anti
vibrators.
• It is strictly forbidden to walk on the equipment or climb on it. There is a risk of damage
to the equipment itself and to people.
In addition to these generic annotations, keep in mind the ones of the model that you have
acquired, if applicable:
-CC, CF, BUC, NOVA, GM: leave a 600 mm free space from the side and front sides of the ma-
chine to ensure proper ventilation and access in maintenance operations.
- CZ: leave free space around the machine according to this detail: Top: 500 mm as long as the air
outlet is higher. Right side: 850 mm to operate on the electrical panel. Right side: 200 mm. Front:
1,000 mm. Rear: 200 mm.
-INDUSTRIAL UNITS (iron chassis): The yellow supports must be removed when the
machine is placed in its final position. Instead, proper anti-vibrators must be installed.
7.3
Mounting
The machine is supplied under pressure of 5 bar of nitrogen, the evacuation must be carried out
only when the refrigeration connections are made.
Assemble the refrigeration system, keeping the tubes in a light pressure of dry nitrogen and carry
out the sealing to prevent the humidity of the air from contaminating the inside of the tubes (the
POE oil is very detergent and, therefore, the installation of the tubes has to be done avoiding that
the dirt penetrates inside the tubes).
The compressor lubricant must not remain in contact with the atmosphere for more than 15 min-
utes in total; If this happens, replace the lubricant directly. The humidity of the air in contact with
POE oil causes an irreversible chemical reaction that no type of vacuum can reverse.
CAUTION
The connection of the drain pipe of the safety valve must be made with a copper tube
of the corresponding diameter, adapted according to regulations so that it does not
compromise the operation of the valve.
The eventual exit of the gases has to occur in a way that does not harm neither things
nor people and is forced to channel it outwards.
7.4
Empty and load.
When the connection of the equipment to the refrigeration installation is complete, perform a
pressure test to check the tightness of all its parts. The test pressure must be compliant with the
rules provided by regulations and during this test no type of permanent deformation may occur.
The leak proofness test must be carried out with non-harmful gas, preferably nitrogen or another
inert gas. The devices that must be used to carry out the tests must have a pressure limiter and
a regulator with a pressure gauge to avoid exceeding the safety value. Keep the structure under
pressure for at least 5 hours verifying that the pressure level does not decrease (the verification
must be carried out with a constant ambient temperature).
