HFC user manual
Connect the vacuum pump keeping the compressor keys closed until the pressure of 1 mbar is
reached.
Keep it for at least 60 minutes after reaching the recommended vacuum level. Open the com-
pressor keys and repeat the vacuum operations.
Charge the refrigerant in liquid phase through the charge valve placed in the liquid line. (Avoid as
much as possible fast loads through the suction line).

Protections and security measures adopted
The Manufacturer has predisposed the following electrical protections:
• Thermal protection of fans (incorporated in the motors) of automatic reinsertion: pro-
tection of the electric fans against the high absorption of current.
• High-pressure automatic re-entry pressure switch (only for groups where it is intend-
ed): protection against too high pressures
CAUTION
The protections have been arranged by the Manufacturer to safeguard the safety of
the user during his work.
7.6
Cleaning the equipment
Clean the equipment with care, eliminating dust, foreign substances or dirt that may have been
deposited on it during its transfer using degreasing agents and avoiding the use of water.
8. CONNECTION OF EQUIPMENT TO EXTERNAL SOURCES OF ENERGY
CAUTION
Before making the electrical connection, check that the voltage and frequency of the
power supply correspond to what is indicated on the device label and that the voltage
is maintained within a tolerance of +/- 10% with respect to the nominal value.
8.1
Electrical power connection
The refrigeration unit is supplied to the customer, ready for electrical connection, but before its
connection, a preventive inspection of the components of the panel must have been carried out,
with the installer or customer being in charge of choosing the materials and protection devices
that it considers timely according to current regulations.
CAUTION
The connection to the line must be made with the appropriate protection device, cir-
cuit breaker or differential circuit breaker, chosen by the installer based on the type
of line and the absorption indicated on the unit label.
When there is more than one unit in a camera, it is necessary that each one has its own protec-
tion device. Proceed then to connect the unit considering the color of the wires that come out of
the power cable:
