5. ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
5.1 - FIXING THE DEVICES AND INSTALLATION ADVICE
• Grommets and gaskets must be installed to ensure IP65 protection. • Replace the grommets with caps
on the holes that are not used. • Install the devices so that the output of the cables is facing down. •
Always maintain a minimum distance of at least 20 cm between the transmitter and the receiver. • Do not
place metal surfaces between transmitter and receiver. • To maximize the range of action, both devices
must be installed with the same orientation (horizontally or vertically) and at the same height. • Do not
place the equipment at ground level.
Failure to comply with these instructions can cause a significant drop in system performance,
resulting in possible automation stop.
