Malfunction
Garden Controller Home, Cloud
switches at the wrong time.
Malfunction of the OASE control function:
Malfunction
A unit, which is connected to the
Garden Controller Home, Cloud to
the OC-connection, does not re-
spond to commands.

Possible cause
Only "Cloud" version:
The unit has no connection to the
Cloud.
With a connection to a WiFi net-
work: Excessive distance between
router and Garden Controller
Home, Cloud.
With a direct connection: Excessive
distance between
smartphone/tablet and Garden
Controller Home, Cloud.
Power supply of the Garden Con-
troller Home, Cloud interrupted.
Receiver in Garden Controller
Home, Cloud defective.
"OASE Control" app is outdated.
The Garden Controller Home,
Cloud- firmware is outdated
The operating system of the
smartphone/tablet is outdated.
The system time of the Garden
Controller Home, Cloud does not
match the actual time.
Possible cause
The data cable is interrupted.
The data cable is damaged.
OC-Network not completed.
OC-Unit without power supply.
Remedy
Check the Cloud connection pa-
rameters in the App settings.
• Reduce distance between router
and Garden Controller Home,
Cloud .
• Remove obstructions between
Garden Controller Home, Cloud
and router.
• Reduce distance between
smartphone/tablet and Garden
Controller Home, Cloud .
• Remove obstructions between
Garden Controller Home, Cloud
and smartphone/tablet.
Establish the power supply.
Contact the OASE service.
Install the latest version of the app
on your smartphone/tablet.
Update the firmware.
Update the operating system.
Update the system time to the
time on the operating device.
Remedy
Check the plug connections.
Check the data cable.
At the last OC-unit, plug the termi-
nal resistor.
Establish the power supply.
