ADJUSTING YOUR BIKE
CAUTION
The adjustments made to the suspension components have a direct impact on the handling of your bike. It is therefore strongly recommended
that you carry out your first tests with caution to avoid any risk of a fall. Avoid adjusting the suspension so that it frequently comes to a
stop (end of travel), which will help to extend the useful life of the suspension components.
Chain adjustment
The chain plays an essential role on your bike, so it is crucial to ensure that it's always well lubricated and
correctly tensioned.
Chain tension adjustment is carried out at the rear derailleur, requiring specific technical skills.
We therefore recommend that an authorised Sherco dealer perform this operation.
To prolong the life of the chain and avoid damaging the mechanism as much as possible, it is advisable, when
changing gear, to pedal lightly without applying excessive force to the pedals. It is therefore preferable to avoid
changing gears when applying maximum pressure to the pedals.
