POSIZONAMENTO /BLOCCAGGIO RUOTA
- Ribaltare all'indietro il braccio portarullo e as-
sicurarsi che si sia agganciato
- Sistemare la ruota in posizione verticale sul
terreno.
- Bloccare la ruota sulla morsa
Assicurarsi che il bloccaggio del cerchione ven-
ga eseguito correttamente in ogni punto di presa
della morsa e che la presa sia sicura.
ATTENZIONE
Nel caso la macchina si comporti in modo ano-
malo, portarsi a distanza di sicurezza e portare
l'interruttore generale della macchina in posi-
zione 0.
ATTENZIONE
Per la movimentazione di ruote con peso su-
periore a 500 kg si consiglia l'uso di un carrello
elevatore o di una gru.
ATTENZIONE
Non lasciare la ruota bloccata sulla morsa au-
tocentrante per pause più lunghe di quelle
operativa.
LUBRIFICAZIONE DEI PNEUMATICI
Prima di montare o smontare il pneumatico,
lubrificare con cura i talloni per proteggerli da
possibili danneggiamenti e agevolare le ope-
razioni di montaggio e smontaggio.
Avvicinare il più possibile al terreno i pneuma-
tici particolarmente pesanti prima di ultimare
lo smontaggio.
- Agendo sul manipolatore avvicinare la morsa
alla ruota.
- Posizionare la morsa coassiale con il centro
della ruota in modo da poter bloccare il cer-
chio interamente e nella posizione più oppor-
tuna.
- Serrare la morsa.
- Il cerchio dovrà presentare la spalla più bassa
sempre verso l'esterno in modo da facilitare
l'uscita del pneumatico.

Make sure that the jaw of the turntable cor-
rectly and firmly clamps on every gripping
point
CAUTION
If the machine malfunctions,retreat to a safe
distance and turn the master switch to 0.
CAUTION
A fork-lift truck or a crane should be used
when handling wheels weighing more than
500 kg.
CAUTION
Do not leave the wheel clamped on the jaw of
the turntable for periods longer than the nor-
mal operating pauses.
LUBRICATING TYRES
Before fitting or removing the tyre, lubricate
the beads carefully to protect them against
possible damage and to facilitate fitting and
removal operations.
Bring especially heavy tyres as close as possi-
ble to the ground before completing removal.
- Using the control lever, move the turntable
towards the wheel.
- Position the turntable on the same axis as the
centre of the wheel, so that the rim can be blo-
cked on the inside or in the most appropriate
position.
- Tighten the clamp.
- The lower shoulder of the rim must always be
facing outward to aid removal of the tyre.
