SMONTAGGIO RUOTE TUBELESS
- Sgonfiare la ruota.
- Dopo aver posizionato e bloccato la ruota sulla
morsa, alzarla agendo sul comando fino a sfiorare
il bordo del cerchio con il rullo posto sul braccio
stallonatore.
- Stallonare il pneumatico sgonfio, facendo avan-
zare il gruppo braccio+morsa da sinistra verso
destra a brevi intervalli, contemporan amente
alla rotazione continua della morsa (in senso
orario). Continuare l' o perazione seguendo con il
rullo esterno il profilo del cerchio, fino alla com-
pleta stallonatura.
- Lubrificare con l'apposito grasso il tallone del
pneumatico e il bordo del cerchio, ripetere l' o pe-
razione di stallonatura dalla parte interna della
ruota, agendo con il rullo interno, facendo avan-
zare il gruppo braccio +morsa da destra a sini-
stra a brevi intervalli, contemporaneamente alla
rotazione continua della morsa (in senso orario).
Continuare l' o perazione seguendo con il rullo
interno il profilo del cerchio, fino alla completa
stallonatura (Fig. 10).
MONTAGGIO RUOTE TUBELESS
- Fissare il morsetto sul bordo anteriore del cer-
chio, appoggiare entrambi i talloni del pneu-
matico oltre il morsetto (Fig. 11).

Con il rullo esterno agire contro il pneuma-
tico (dopo aver lubrificato i talloni e il bor-
do del cerchio), facendo avanzare il gruppo
braccio+morsa da sinistra verso destra a brevi
intervalli, contemporaneamente alla rotazione
continua della morsa.
Continuare l'operazione fino alla completa tal-
lonatura del pneumatico.
N.B.: Per ottenere un montaggio corretto e sen-
za danni, è opportuno lubrificare abbondante-
mente i talloni e la balconata del cerchio.

DEMOUNTING TUBELESS WHEELS
- Deflate the tyre.
- After placing and locking the wheel on the clamp,
lift the wheel using the control until the roller on
the bead-breaker arm just touches the edge of the
rim.
- Break the bead of the deflated tyre, moving
the arm+clamp assembly from left to right a lit-
tle at a time, as the clamp rotates continuously
(clockwise). Continue this operation, following
the profile of the rim with the outside roller until
the bead is completely broken.
- Lubricate the tyre bead and the edge of the rim
with the special grease and repeat the bead-brea-
king operation from the inside of the wheel, using
the inside roller, moving the arm+clamp assembly
from right to left a little at a time, as the clamp
rotates continuously (clockwise). Continue this
operation, following the profile of the
rim with the inside roller until the bead is comple-
tely broken (fig. 10).
MOUNTING TUBELESS TYRES
- Fix the mounting clamp on the front edge of
the rim and place both the beads of the tyre
beyond the clamp (fig. 11).
- Use the outside roller to push against the tyre
(after lubricating the beads and the edge of the
rim), moving the arm+clamp assembly from left
to right a little at a time, as the clamp rotates
continuously.
Continue this operation until the tyre bead has
been completely inserted.
N.B. For correct mounting without damage, the
beads and the shoulder of the rim should be lu-
bricated generously.
