IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the user to verify the
calibration of the instrument before each use. See section 7.
Using the Rotary Laser
1. Horizontal or Vertical Position
The Johnson Rotary Laser can be used in either a horizontal or
vertical orientation, depending on your needs.
Horizontal Laser Beam Position
Place the rotary laser in an upright
position, either on a stable, flat
surface, or mount it to a tripod with a
5/8"-11 threaded screw. (Figure 17)
Vertical Laser Beam Position
Place the rotary laser on the side
opposite the control panel, either on a
stable, flat surface, or mount it to a tripod
with a 5/8"-11 threaded screw. (Figure 18)
