4. Filter installation
4.1 The filter is factory installed (Figure 1).
5. Cabinet-type installation:
Place the machine unit in a suitable position in the cabinet, and place the main
unit gently.
6. Pipe installation method
6.1 Install the inlet ball valve: clean the installation area, close the main inlet valve,
remove the water pipe connection (tap or angle valve, etc.) and then connect the
inlet three-way ball valve (Note: If the water source is non-pressurised drinking
water, this step should be omitted).
6.2 Connect the water inlet: Connect the water inlet ball valve to the water inlet
of the main unit with a PE pipe. Make sure you have enough length reserved.
(Note: If the water source is non-pressurised drinking water, use one PE pipe to
connect to the main water inlet, the other end to the suction head and place it
in the water source)
6.3 Installation of smart taps. Drilling the outlet pipe
6.3.1 Tools and materials needed: electric hand drill and drill bit, etc.
6.3.2 Place the circle on the panel, such as the washbasin or sink as desired by
the user.
6.3.3 Drilling must be carried out with metal-specific hole drilling equipment.
Depending on the situation, select the appropriate drill bit (we recommend
using a 25 drill bit).
6.3.4 Concentrate on drilling, pay attention to safety, try to avoid talking to
other people, the drill will generate heat during drilling, you can add water
to cool down.
6.3.5 After drilling, clean up any debris and dirt as a result of drilling.
6.3.6 If there is a hole in the sink or washbasin, you can use the hole directly to
install the tap.
6.3.7 Install the smart tap in the proper position. Loosen the nut on the plastic
threaded rod. Insert into the selected hole, place the soft washer and the fixing
nut underneath.
Avoid rotating the base (See Figure 3).
6.3.8 Connect the tap pipes with the two 1/4´4 connectors to the corresponding
connections on the RO unit. Connect the tap cable to the port of the RO
equipment (See Figure 4).
