OPERATION

Kitchen Timer

When no cooking zones are in use, the Timer function can be used as a regular Kitchen Timer.
Set Kitchen Timer
To set kitchen timer:
● simultaneously touch (+) (4) and (-) (5) sensors of the Timer. The Timer display (6) will show
digits (0.00) and the kitchen timer display (7) located between sensors (+) (4) and (-) (5)
will be lit up.
● touch (+) (4) or (-) (5) sensors to set kitchen timer.
Stop Kitchen Timer
When the set Duration has elapsed a continuous acoustic signal is sounded, which can be
muted by touching (+) (4) or (-) (5) sensor. If no sensor is touched, the acoustic signal will stop
automatically after 2 minutes.
To stop the Kitchen Timer ahead of time, touch the (-) (5) sensor to reduce the time to "00".

Keep warm function

Keep warm function allows you to keep food warm on a cooking zone. The selected cooking
zone operates at a low heat setting. With this feature, ready to serve, warm food retains its taste
and does not stick to the pot's bottom. This function can be used to melt butter or chocolate.
For the keep food warm function to operate correctly, use a flat base pot or frying pan, so that
base temperature is accurately measured by the temperature sensor fitted in the cooking zone.
The Keep Warm function can be activated for any cooking zone. Due to a risk of the growth of
microorganisms, it is not recommended to keep food warm for a long time, so the Keep Warm
function is switched off after 2 hours.
The different keep warm temperatures can be set for cooking zone, namely 42°C, 70°C or 94°C.
To activate Keep Warm function:
● Touch Keep Warm function sensor (11) and the first LED indicator (12) will light up indicat-
ing that temperature of 42°C is selected,
● Touch Keep Warm function sensor (11) again and the second LED indicator (12) will light
up (the first indicator will go out) indicating that temperature of 70°C is selected,
● Touch Keep Warm function sensor (11) again and both LED indicators (12) will light up
indicating that temperature of 94°C is selected,
● Keep Warm function selection is additionally indicated by symbol
zone display (3)
● Keep Warm function can be turned off by touching (2) or (11) sensor.
