The storage does not charge
Check that the power supply is correct.

If you have a time switch, check that the power supply is connected and switched on.
•
Check that the requested temperature is not too low. (Increase the set temperature).

Check that the schedule does not adversely affect smart charging. (Turn off smart charge

and select 100% target charge.)
Does not heat enough
Check the set temperature. (Increase the set temperature).

Check the schedule. (Use the "OFF" mode for the charging period and the "ECO" and

"COMFORT" modes for the rest of the day. Try to use the "ANTI-FROST" mode as little as
possible in programming).
Check if smart charging is turned on. (If it is activated, wait for the next load, it is possible

that the storage may be performing calculations to adjust).
It gets too hot
Check the set temperature. (Decrease the set temperature).
