Possible causes
• Faucets is not opened
• Water intake is restricted

• Dishwasher door is not
properly closed
• Kink in drain hose
• Filter is clogged
• Kitchen sink is clogged
• Improper detergent
• Spilled rinse aid
• Detergent with colourant
was used
• Hard water minerals
• Cutlery are not corrosion
resistant
• A programme was not run
after refilling salt
• Softener lid is loose

Solution
• Check the power supply
• Check whether water supply
is connected properly and
water is turned on
• Ensure door is closed
properly
• Check the drain hose
• Check and clean the coarse
filter
• Check the kitchen sink is
draining well or call a service
agent for help
• Only use special dishwasher
detergent
• Wipe up rinse-aid spills
• Only use detergent without
colourant
• Regularly clean the interior
with a damp sponge
• Do not wash these items in
dishwasher
• Always run a quick
programme after adding salt
• Check and tighten it
• Interrupt the program and
re-arrange the items
