Troubleshooting
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.
DESCRIPTION
Washing machine does not start
Door does not open
Small water leaks

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The door is not closed properly.
Clothes get stuck
The child lock may be activated

been removed.

SOLUTION
Check if the laundry is not
correctly positioned.
Close the door tightly and restart
the machine.
Disconnect from the mains and
restart.
Check and secure the hose to
the the water inlet hose and
water inlet hose and clean the
water outlet hose.
Clean the detergent dispenser
Disconnect from the mains and
check that the mains plug is
connected correctly.
Check whether all transport bolts
have been correctly removed.
Make sure that the appliance is
level with the help of a level.
Perform an additional rinse or
clean the laundry with a brush
after drying.
In the next wash, use the amount
of detergent indicated on the
package.
The non-uniform load control
system will attempt to distribute
the laundry. The spin cycle will
start once the laundry has been
distributed. In the next wash, dis-
tribute the laundry evenly inside
the drum.
