Attaching the Power Wand Tool to the RTU Cap
The power wand tool can be alternatively used with
any bottle with a 38 mm opening using the included
RTU (Ready-To-Use) cap (D). See Figure 6.
WARNING: Only use bottles that are properly rated
for the chemicals used in the application.
1. Insert the dip tube on the RTU cap (D) into the
bottle of your choice. Turn cap clockwise until
secured to the bottle.
2. Align hose barb tabs (F) with the RTU cap (D),
push hose barb into RTU cap until it stops.
3. Continue to push hose barb down. Turn hose
barb clockwise to secure it to the RTU cap.
NOTE: Do not use tools to tighten hose barb or
RTU cap.
NOTE: Remove hose when not in use.

OPERATION
WARNING: RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY DUE TO
CHEMICAL EXPOSURE. Use the appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) as recommended by the
chemical manufacturer and/or refer to the chemical
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of the chemical being used.
This includes at least goggles, gloves, and protective
clothing.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn unit OFF before making any adjustments
or removing/ installing attachments or accessories.
An accidental start-up can cause injury.
NOTICE: The power wand tool is not fully charged
out of the carton. Before using the power wand tool
and charger, read the safety instructions below and
then follow the charging procedures outlined.
Service
• Only use identical replacement parts
provided by the manufacturer. This will
ensure that the safety of the power wand tool is
maintained.
• Never service damaged power wand tools.
Service of power wand tools should only be
performed by the manufacturer or authorized
service providers.
Charging the Power Wand Tool
WARNING: Do not charge the power wand tool in
extreme temperatures. It is recommended to charge
the power wand tool in ambient temperatures
between 40–104⁰ F (4.5–40⁰ C).
To charge the power wand tool:
1. Plug the charger (1) into an appropriate outlet.
2. Ensure the USB-C cord (2) is fully inserted into
the charger.
3. Insert the other end of the USB-C (3) cord into
the charging port located above the power
switch on the handle of the power wand tool.
See Figure 7.
4. Charging is complete when the green light
remains continuously ON. To ensure optimal
battery life, the power wand tool should be
charged at least once every 3 months when not
in use.

NOTE: The charger will not charge a power wand
tool with a faulty battery, which may be indicated
by the light staying OFF, or the red and green light
alternately blinking, or a red light blinking.
