• The digits corresponding with the age and the "AGE" indication will flash. Use these buttons to se-
lect and press "MODO" to set. The height will be flashing.
• Using the same buttons 3 and 4, set the height and press "MODO" to memorize.
• The data of the selected number person is memorized. Wait for the digits "0.0" appear on the screen
and then the scale switches off.
• Repeat all the process with all the people that are going to use the scale.
GETTING WEIGHED AND OBTAINING BODY FAT, BODY WATER,
BODY MUSCLE, BODY BONE AND SUGGESTED DAILY CALORIES PERCENTAGE
Once all the data have been introduced in the memories, to get weighed and find out this
percentages, follow these steps.
• Press "MODO" and next use the 3 and 4 pushers until your memory number appears on the screen.
• NOTE: The scale always keeps the last results, and then you need to change the memory if your
memory is different to the last weighing. Push "MODO" and the memory data will flash on the
display. Wait until "0.0" is showed on the display.
• Get on the scale and remain still. First your weigh will appear flashing on the screen. Next it will
appear "0.. 0.. 0..0" and next the percentages in this sequence: body fat, body water, body muscle,
body bone and suggested daily calories.
• NOTE: When the body fat percentage is showed on the display at the same time it will appear also
the following indications: UNDERFAT, HEALTHY, OVERFAT, OBESE.
This percentages and the weigh result will vary twice and next the scale switches off. The
adjoined tables will give an orientation of these percentages.
BEAR IN MIND THAT
• If "O-Ld" shows on the display it means the maximum weight of the scale has been exceeded.
• You must proceed to change the batteries when the "Lo" symbol shows on the display. To do that,
open the lids placed in the back side of the appliance and change the battery.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Dispose the batteries according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw away the appliance or the batteries to the rubbish. So you will help to the
improvement of the environment.
• The batteries must not be mixed with other domestic residues.
