• WARNING:
There may be danger of electric shock if water from a garden
hose is directed towards the appliance.
When using extension cables, keep the plug base away from
moisture and prevent damages in the cable cord.
This appliance has an ultraviolet light emitter. Do not stare at
the source of light.
• The cleaning and maintenance must be done by users but it can
not be done by children without any supervision.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an
Authorised Service Centre.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• Switch off the lantern and the UV lamp to charge the appliance.
• Connect the micro USB to the charger of the appliance (3). Connect the USB to a USB current adaptor. Keep it
plugged around 3 hours to get a full charge, the charge indicator will be red during this process and changes
to green colour when the appliance is already charged.
• Switch on the appliance by pushing the switch (1), to switch off push it again.
• To switch on the lantern push the selector (2):
- 1 pulsation: 20% intensity.
- 2 pulsations: 50% intensity.
- 3 pulsations: 100% intensity.
- 4 pulsations: off.
• IMPORTANT: Due to its low consumption and the features of the appliance, to get the best performance as a
insect killer, it must be working continuously 24 hours a day.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning the appliance, ensure it is unplugged from the mains.
• To clean the appliance you can rinse it on water under the tap, please be sure the charging cover is totally
closed.
• Be sure the appliance is totally dry before charging.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces of
the appliance.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
