11. Maintenance
• The following maintenance tasks should be
done when you finish operating the equipment.
• Clean all your surfaces.
• Clean the chemical tank with clean water and
dry it.
• Check all connections for water or fuel leaks.
If a leak is found try to repair it immediately.
• Check all screws to see if they are loose or
missing. Tighten firmly or replace.
• Empty the fuel tank.
• Start the engine, and let it run until the fuel
inside the carburetor is consumed and the
engine stops naturally.
• If the sprayer has a nylon pump, it does not
require lubrication.
• If the sprayer has a brass pump, remove the
spark plugs and put a few drops of 2-stroke
engine oil inside the engine. After pulling the
starter rope 2 or 3 times, reinstall the spark
plugs to their original position and stop in the
compression position.
• After maintenance, the machine must be left
to dry in a ventilated place. It should be away
from fire source and avoid sunlight.
11.1 Air filter cleaning
Wash the filter (A) with white kerosene and
then soak it in motor oil, squeeze it firmly with
one hand to squeeze out.
It should be cleaned after every 50 hours of use.

11.2 Fuel filter cleaning
Using a piece of wire or something similar,
remove the fuel filter (A) and wash it with clean
white kerosene. When it is very dirty, replace the
filter and also wash the tank inside. It should be
cleaned after every 200 hours of use.
11.3 Cleaning and adjusting the
spark plug
Remove carbon from the muffler outlet, cylinder,
piston and spark plug, after removing carbon
accumulated on the electrodes and spark plug
insulator, adjust the gap between the electrodes
to 0.6 0.7mm (A), when mounting the plug
cover, push it firmly. It should be cleaned after
every 200 hours of use.

12. Storage
After using the sprayer for one season, store it
by following the next steps:
• Drain all fuel from the tank.
• Remove the spark plug cap and apply a small
amount of oil to the inside of the cylinder. Pull
the starter gently 2 to 3 times to spread the oil
over the cylinder completely.
• Pull the starter out a little so that the fuel
begins to compress.
• Clean the sprayer thoroughly and cover it so it
doesn't accumulate dust and dirt.
• Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place.
