The Rollbox Wpro 385-3115 is a winch-operated roller blind system with a winding tube inserted
in an aluminium alloy box 6060-T6 UNI 8278 (thickness: 1.2 mm).
There are two types of winding tubes: Ø 49 and Ø 60 mm with stiffening and ogive for attaching
the blind. All two winding tubes are anchored to the two heads, on one side by the square pin
support/cover group, and on the other by the winch/cover group.
The lateral guides are made of a PVC guide inserted in 2 aluminium parts joined through AISI
316 stainless steel screws.
The aluminium bottom bar slides between these guides.
The system is attached to the ceiling with rotating tempered steel anchors or to the wall with
specific galvanized steel brackets. The guides are attached directly to the wall frontally or laterally.
The Rollbox Wpro 385-3115 system can be packaged with different types of fabric for different
levels of shade. The only fabrics certified for outdoor use are types G1, G2, KR, P25 and P5,
available in a variety of colours.
Annex "A" and "B" are an exploded view of Rollbox Wpro 385-3115 system in all of its parts, with
article numbers for ordering spare parts if necessary.
The Rollbox Wpro system is designed to be used in homes, shops, and public buildings for
protection against solar radiation. It can be installed indoors or outdoors, attached to walls, ceiling,
or façade. In addition, this system is designed for exclusively vertical use.
Therefore, any other use is considered as not conforming to technical specifications, and
in such cases the manufacturer will not be liable for any malfunction, injury to people, or
damage to property.
This system requires a sufficiently sturdy structure to support the system weight and the
stresses involved, and room temperature between -15 and+ 50°C. For outdoor installation, the blind
conforms to standard EN 13561-class 3, and can therefore resist a maximum wind speed of 49
Km/h (see annex "C").
Never allow children to play with the curtain drive systems. Keep the controls out of their reach.
Make periodic checks of all mechanical and electrical parts. Take appropriate steps to prevent
use of the blinds when maintenance is about to be done.
