Applied Directives and Technical Standards
Every machine destined for countries within the European Union (EU), or countries for which there is an agreement with
the EU regarding product legislation, is supplied with a Declaration of Conformity in accordance with the Machinery
Directive 2006/42/EC.
In this case, the product supplied by CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. is a machine that does not belong to one of the categories of
machinery included in the list envisaged in Annex IV of Directive 2006/42/EC, therefore for the purposes of the attesta-
tion of conformity of the machine with the provisions of this directive, CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. shall apply the conformity
assessment procedure with internal checks on the manufacture of the machine as set out in Annex VIII of Directive
2006/42/EC.
The Manufacturer's declaration of conformity is attached to the documentation supplied with the machine.
NOTE: In the case of supplies of products in non-EU areas, unless otherwise contractually agreed between the parties,
Campagnola S.r.l., for the purposes of product design and manufacture, conforms for the applicable parts, and in ac-
cordance with the state of the art, to the ISO, IEC standards applied to the product.
Receiving the product
When receiving the product, make sure that:

it has not been damaged during transportation;
•
the supply matches the order (see "Product description" - chap. "Technical specifications").
If problems arise, please contact C.A.T quoting all details indicated on the rating plate (refer to "Product Identification" -
chap. "Technical specifications").

CAUTION!
For warranty claims, according to the above-mentioned points, the product to be repaired must always be accompa-
nied by the properly filled-in warranty card and the corresponding proof of purchase with date of purchase (invoice or
any other document with legal value).
