Connection failure: If the installation process fails, please make sure
the Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz and the password of your Wi-Fi network
is correct.
EZ Install may fail if your firewall settings are too restrictive, or if the
application has not been granted network browsing permissions and/
or access to nearby devices. In that case, install the device in "Access
Point" mode.
AP Installation (Access Point Mode)
Once connected to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi, open the Energeeks 3.0 app and
follow the steps below:
•
In the application, press the "+" in the upper right corner and
select "add device".
•
Select "Smart Alarm System".
•
Make sure that the name of your 2.4Ghz network appears,
enter your Wi-Fi password and press next.
•
In the upper right corner, tap EZ mode and select AP mode,
then follow the prompts in the app.
Important: The intelligent functions of current routers may prevent
the device from connecting, even if all the steps are correct. They can
also cause a device to go offline from time to time for no apparent
reason.
