Note: Because the motor speed during the manual limit switch setting procedure is especially high
(nominal value), precise adjustment could prove difficult. For any adjustment of the "Fully Closed" limit switch
position:
1. Activate the system until the previously set "Fully Closed" limit switch is triggered
2. Remove the motor unit from the motor pulley
3. Manually adjust the position of the overlap rod
4. Fix the motor unit to the motor pulley again
If the installation requires the Power 571/2 to be supplied with power from:
a control box
a radio receiver
a Home and Building Automation unit
the calibration procedure should not be carried out using these pieces of equipment because they
have self-retention commands instead of impulse types (this could cause irreparable damage to the
system).
Removing the motor from the motor pulley is a procedure that demands great care.
Keep all unauthorized persons out of the work zone during this procedure.
Following the instructions in attachment "N" support the motor before pushing the release buttons to
prevent the motor from falling due to its weight.
