ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the clamp (40) slightly, Fig.2,
move
the
comfortable for doing exercise and
then tighten the clamp (40) securely.
5.- FITTING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the pedals
must be followed to the letter, fitting
these incorrectly could damage the
screw thread on either the pedal or the
crank. Right and left refer to the position
that the user adopts when sitting on the
saddle to do the exercises.
R
Two types of nuts are included to adjust
the length of the pedal cranks (one of
172.5 and the other of 170/175), Fig.3A.
The side (L for the left pedal and R for
the right pedal) and the size are marked
on the nuts.
Choose the nut (for example (50R-3) for
the 175 right nut) and install it on the
corresponding crank in such a way that
the measurement is on the inside of the
connecting rod, Fig.3B. Place the
corresponding washer ((50-4) for the
175) nut) on the other side of the crank,
matching the holes.
Then fit the pedals.
The right-hand pedal (48R) marked with
the letter (R), screws onto the right-hand
crank (50R), also marked with an (R), in
a clockwise direction. Tighten securely,
Fig.3.
The left-hand pedal (48L) marked with
the letter (L), screws onto the left-hand
crank (50L), also marked with an (L), in
an anti-clockwise direction. Tighten
securely, Fig.3.
6.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Bring the handlebar post (102) close
to the main body (81) and connect the
upper computer cable (15) with the
lower computer cable (84), Fig.4.
