After fryer and oil have cooled completely, carefully lift control assembly out of
fryer and wipe with a damp cloth to clean. NEVER immerse the controt assembly
in water or wash in a dishwasher.
Carefully lift pot of cooled oil out of base. If you plan to reuse the cooking oil,
it is recommended
that you strain the Oil to remove any food particles. Store the
oil in a tightly sealed container and keep where it will not be exposed to air or
direct light.
Wash the removable pan, frying basket(s), fryer cover, and base in dishwasher
or in warm, sudsy water.
Do not use steel wool scouring pads o[ abrasive kitchen cleansers on the
removable pan, cover or base and do not use bleaching agents to clean the
frying baskets.
If desired, the basket handles may be removed for cleaning. The handle is
force-fitted around the "LOCK" plate. To remove, pull the handle forward into
the basket. Squeeze together the handle bars so the pegs on the bottom come
out of the toops on the side of the basket (see Fig 3, pg. 6).
After cleaning, reattach handle, making sure both pegs are in loops on basket.
Instead of pushing handle bars up and force-fitting around "LOCK" plate, leave
the handles in the forward position down in the basket for storage,

NOTE:
Your fryer has a grease filter in the cover. The filter does not need
replacing.
To clean the permanent grease filter, lift out of cover and wash in hot sudsy water,
or in dishwasher, A soft bristled brush is recommended. Keep the 1-ply layers
inside the filter holder when cleaning.
Before reassembling
unit, make sure afl parts are completely
dry.
Always check magnetic plug before use to assure no metal items have become
attached to the magnet.
