DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
How the extractor hood works
The NIVEL trough ventilation from GUTMANN has 2 cooking steam exhaust openings
which are located between the five cooking zones.
A new, ingenious 3-fold filter system is used which is integrated in a drawer below the
cooking steam inlet openings. This consists of the condensation filter, the grease filter
and the activated carbon filter. The various filters can be conveniently removed from
the technical drawer without any aids.
The cooking fumes are largely cleaned of condensate, dirt particles, grease particles
and odour particles by this filtration. The cleaned air is extracted by means of a
powerful fan motor located in the base area.
The exhaust air is guided by flow-optimised exhaust air ducts and the individually
selectable blower variants "internal motor exhaust air" and "internal motor
recirculation air".
The individual power levels are controlled via a touch control panel in the cover plate.
Optimum extraction is achieved by using the middle hob.
