1. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn
off the device. The internal cooling system will run for 30 seconds to cool the device after shutdown.
2. Once turned on, the device will automatically select the appropriate energy level according to your skin
color when the pulse release point comes into contact with your skin. You can also select the energy level
manually. Just tap the power button to adjust the appropriate energy level (level 1-5). It is recommended to
start with a low level (level 1), the level can be gradually increased if the skin responds well.
Mode button:
1. Long press M button, turn Ice Cooling function on or off
2. Short press M button, switch function under HR (hair removal mode), SR (skin revitalization mode) and
AC (acne treatment mode).
Broadcast button:
1. Manual Pulse Mode: The display shows the lightning bolt icon, make sure the pulse release point is well
attached to the skin (turning on the indicator light). Press the broadcast button once.
2. Auto Pulse Mode: Press and hold the emission button for 2 seconds, the LCD screen shows two lightning
icons, make sure that the place of emitting pulses adheres well to the skin. Press the emission button once
and the device will automatically start emitting pulses.
Contraindications:
1. The device is not intended for children under 15 years of age. Young people aged 15–18 may use the
device with the consent and/or supervision of their parents or guardians.
2. Do not use if the skin in the area to be treated is tanned or red. Using the device on tanned or red skin
may cause temporary or even permanent discoloration of the skin.
3. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are breastfeeding.
The B-Shine Ice device has not been tested for this purpose and therefore should not be used in these
cases. Hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy or breastfeeding may increase the risk of skin
damage or skin sensitivity.
4. Do not use the device if you suffer from diseases such as epilepsy, epileptic seizures or migraine. Energy
flashes can cause severe headaches and migraines.
5.Do not use on areas of skin covered with tattoos, dark brown or black spots (such as dark freckles,
birthmarks, or warts). Tattoos or dark spots can absorb too much light energy, which can cause skin
swelling, temporary or permanent blisters, discoloration, or skin whitening.
6. Do not use the device if you have a tendency to develop keloid scars.
7. Do not use on the scalp, ears, neck, nipples or mucous membranes (labia minora, vaginal and anal
areas). In those parts of the bikini area where the skin is more pigmented, a lower light intensity level should
be used. Use in these areas may cause skin swelling, blistering, or temporary discoloration or whitening of
the skin.
8. Do not use if the treatment area has any active skin inflammation, including acne, psoriasis, eczema,
burns, herpes, abrasions or rash. These factors can make the skin more sensitive to light and make the
treatment uncomfortable or cause swelling, blisters or infections on the skin. Once your skin has healed
sufficiently, consult your doctor before using the device.
9. Do not use the device if you are taking medications that make your skin sensitive to light, including
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen, cetaminophen), tetracyclines,
phenothiazines, thiazide, diuretics, sulfonylureas, sulfonamides, DTIC, fluorouracil, vinblastine, griseofulvin ,
Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAS), Beta-Hydroxi Acids (BHAS), Retin-A, Accutane and/or topical retinoids.
10. Do not use if you have a disease associated with photosensitivity, e.g. porphyria, polymorphic
photoeruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc. These conditions make the skin more sensitive to light and the
procedure may be unpleasant or causing skin swelling, blisters or infections.
Handling Warning:
1. Wear safety glasses when operating the device.
2. Clean the area of skin being treated before use. It is not allowed to apply any cosmetics to the skin
immediately before the treatment. This may damage the device and affect the effect of the treatment.
3. Adjust your energy level from low to high. The higher the energy level, the better the result. Immediately
after the treatment, skin redness may occur.
4. After the treatment, use a moisturizing preparation and preparations with high sun protection.
5. After the treatment, use a damp cotton swab or cloth to clean the lamp from any remaining hair, sebum or
sebum.
6. It is recommended that the device and accessories be stored away from water and moisture. Store the
device in a ventilated and dry place and keep it away from children.
7. It is prohibited to place metal objects in the heat emission hole. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
