defective.
The product is not generating any vapour.
The heating
chamber is
empty.
The operating
temperature is
too low.
The product is generating too much vapour.
The operating
temperature is
too high.
The herbs are
too moist.
The display shows "Protected".
A malfunction
has occurred
with the product.
Charge the battery or operate the
product with the mains adapter.
Contact Customer Service.
Fill in herbs.
Increase the operating temperature.
Decrease the operating tempera-
ture.
Use dry herbs only.
If required, disconnect the product
from the mains.
