and tear, improper handling, ignoring safety precautions,
use of violence, attempts to repair by persons other than
those authorised by the manufacturer. Requirement for
claiming warranty is that the warranty provider or one
check the claim for warranty.

The WOLKENKRAFT Group is liable for damage caused
to the customer by using our product by observing and
and the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.
Warranty claims are valid only for damage resulting from
gross negligence or wilful intent provided that this does
not cause damage to life, physical injuries or damage to
health, which concern an essential contractual obliga-
tion. In these cases, there is already liability towards the
customer for minor negligence.
