12 Warranty provisions
The WOLKENKRAFT Group, provides a warranty of
5 years for the FX MINI ULTRA. The period for calculating
the warranty period begins with the invoice date. The
geographical area of validity for the warranty protection
covers all of Europe.
The warranty pertains to absence of defects in the
product, including functional capability, and material or
production errors.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period of 5 years,
the manufacturer provides replacement of the goods
free of charge with an equivalent article within the
framework of this warranty.
The statutory rights against the purchase agreement
concluded with the dealer are not restricted by this man-
ufacturer warranty. Statutory warranty rights against the
