TO CONVERTAPPLIANCE FOR USE WITH
NATURALGAS
WARNING
Electrical power and gas must be turned off prior to
conversion.
If this appliancehas been convertedfor use with LP gas, each of the
following modificationsmust be performedto convertthe unit back to
naturalgas.
A. Replaceall orifice spuds
PerformSteps 1 through4 on page7.
ForStep5: Locatethecoloredbrassnaturalgasorificespudsthat were
originallyinstalledinthis appliancebeforeits conversion for usewith LP
gas. Observe the colorof eachofthe spudsand notethecorrectburner
locationfor eachspudas shownin figures 14 and 15.
CompleteSteps 6 through9 on page7 to completethe installation o f
naturalgas mainspuds intheir correctlocations.
Savethe orificesremoved from the appliancefor future use. They will
be neededif this applianceisagain convertedfor use with LPgas.
B. Invertcap in appliancepressureregulator.
(Seefigures 10 and 11.)
Withtheapplianceinstalledtheapplianceregulatorshouldbe located
asshownin either figure3 orfigure4 (pages 3 & 4). Identifythetypeof
appliance regulator and followthe instructions i n the appropriate
illustration.
C. Adjustlow flameas instructed on page 8 itemC.
After StepsA, B and C havebeencompleted, check theappearance of
eachburner'sflame at theHi and Lo settingsagainstfigure 13. If the
flames appear too large or too small, make sure all steps were
completedcorrectly.
