After a mains phase or fan failure, the filter gets extremely hot.
Possible consequences:

The filter might overheat and be destroyed.
Always connect the thermal contact of the filter and integrate it
such into the system monitoring that the mains supply will be
switched off (e.g. switch off the mains contactor control) when
the filter is overheated.
Only use the filter when the fan is working.
