Adjusting resistance
To adjust resistance, use the handle as shown in (Fig� F)
Adjusting the support feet
The equipment is equipped with 8 angular end caps� If the
equipment feels unstable, wobbly, or not levelled well, these end
caps can be used to make the required correction�
- To level the trainer, turn the 8 angular end caps located on the rear
stabilizer tube�
- Each aspect sets the machine in a different height level�
QUICK TIP
• It is easier to do this with two persons, so one person can tilt the
equipment, while the other makes the needed adjustment�
‼ NOTE
• The equipment is most stable when it is as low to the floor as
possible� Therefore, start to level the equipment by turning all
support feet fully in, before turning out the required support feet
to stabilize and level the equipment�
• The centre foot suppose to be a few millimetres from the floor
when not seated on the rower seat�
Unfolding and folding� (Fig� E)
QUICK TIP
• Lift the aluminium frame slightly at the joint to ease the fixation
pin release and installation�
- Loosen the fixation knob on top of the aluminium rail by turn it out
in counter clock wise direction�
- Fold the aluminium rail up� (Keep it supported until secured)
- Securing aluminium rail with the lock pin by turning it in clock wise
direction from the left hand side�
Unfolding
Same as in folding, but in reverse following order�
Replacing the batteries
The console is equipped with 2 AA batteries at the rear of the
console�
- Remove the console�
Press latch on bottom to release�
No need to disconnect the wire connection�
- Remove the old batteries�
- Insert the new batteries� Make sure that batteries match the (+) and
(-) polarity markings�
- Mount console back in position�
Ensure the latch on bottom is secured�
‼ NOTE
• Empty batteries should always be recycled per your Local legal
regulations to save the environment�
⚠ WARNING
• Do not expose batteries to big temperature changes to prevent
the batteries from leaking�
• To prevent your batteries from leaking, take them out if you plan
on not using your device for longer periods of time�
• When inserting multiple batteries into a device, always use the
same brand, the same type, and the same energy level�
How to row
Catch
Comfortably forward with straight back and arms�
Drive
Push with the legs while arms remain straight�
Finish
Pull through with arms and legs rocking slightly
back on your pelvis�
Recovery
Upper body tips forward over your pelvis and
move forward�
Catch
Back to the starting position and begin again�
Catch - Drive
Begin the stroke comfortably in forward position and push strongly
back with your legs while keeping your arms and back straight�
Finish
Begin to pull your arms back as they pass over your knees and
continue the stroke through to completion rocking slightly back over
your pelvis�
Recovery - Catch
Return to the starting position and repeat�
Console
⚠ CAUTION
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight�
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat�
• Do not lean on the console�
• Only touch the display with the tip of your finger� Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display�
‼ NOTE
• The console switches to standby mode when the equipment is
not used for 4 minutes�

- Function display change every 6 seconds, Time, Count, Calories,
Total count�
Time
- Automatically accumulates workout time when exercising�
- Display range: 00:00 ~ 99:59�
