Replace Molded Seals
1. Remove (4) screws from outlet port cover and remove outlet cover from
pump (see Figure 5).
2. Remove (4) screws from inlet port base and remove pump from base (see
Figure 5).
3. Remove the valve, spring and plate assembly from the inlet and outlet ports
(see Figures 5 and 6).
4. Remove the molded seal from both the inlet and outlet ports (see Figure 5).
5. Install new molded seal into inlet and outlet ports (see Figure 5). Make sure
the seals are oriented so that the recess groove faces the valve, spring and
plate assembly (see Figure 7), and are seated correctly.
6. Inspect the valve, spring and plate assemblies to make sure springs are
inserted into valve hole for compression (see Figure 6). Reinstall assemblies
(see Figure 5).
7. Reinstall pump and screws onto inlet port base. Tighten securely.
8. Reinstall outlet cover and screws onto pump. Tighten securely.
