IV- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Prior to cleaning, unplug the device and allow it to cool thoroughly for at least 1 hour.
2. Lift the lid carefully to remove it for cleaning.
3. Soak the basket in hot soapy water then rinse thoroughly in clean water and dry.
4. Dispose of the cold oil in the bin. Avoid emptying it into this sink, as this may block the drain.
Clean the recipient using hot soapy water then rinse thoroughly.
5. Clean the frame of the fryer and the lid with a damp cloth, avoid using abrasive products or
alcohol.
6. Do not immerse the Resistor housing in water, as it contains electrical components.
