The use of this product and the elements required for that purpose is entirely
at the end user's own risk.
- 120 cm clearance from combustible materials,
- minimum 100 cm top clearance
- minimum 100 cm side clearance
- Heater must only be placed and used on a firm, level and stable underground.
Maximum size of cylinder suitable for the appliance is Ø 30 cm x (60-65) cm
(high) (*). Inner dimension of stand with supporting
(*) height depends on the size and type of your gas regulator
Gas supply to the appliance from the gas cylinder: The appliance requires
approved gas hose in 140 cm length and a gas regulator (Hose and regulator
not included). The hose and regulator assembly must conform to local standard
codes.
Regulator maximum inlet pressure must not exceed 690 kPa
Regulator outlet pressure to be 28 mbar (2.8 kPa) to 37 mbar (3.7 kPa)
depending on countries.
The installation must conform to local codes, or in the absence of local codes,
to the standard for the storage and handling of liquid petroleum gases.
A dented, rusted or damaged gas cylinder may be hazardous and should be
checked by an authorized dedicated gas specialist,
Never use a gas cylinder with a damaged valve connection.
The gas cylinder must be arranged to provide for vapor withdrawal from the
operating cylinder.
Never twist the flexible tubes and hoses.
Never connect an unregulated gas cylinder to the heater.
Disconnect the gas cylinder when the heater is not use.
Do not connect the gas cylinder directly to the appliance without regulator.
Use only the type of gas and the type of cylinder specified in these instructions.
Gas connections on the heater are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment.
A complete gas tightness check must be performed at the installation site due
to possible mishandling in shipment and/or installation or because of exces-
sive pressure being applied to the heater. The heater must be checkedwith a
full cylinder.
1. Make sure the safety control valve is in the OFF position.
2. Make a soapy water solution of one part liquid detergent and one part
water. The soapy water solution can be applied with a spray bottle, brush
or rag to all gas connections. Soap bubbles will appear in case of a Ieak.
WARNING:
Never leak test while smoking!
