attach the drain hose. Let the water run out and, if necessary,
tilt the unit backwards to remove the last few drops of water.
• Once the unit has been emptied, reposition the drain plug. Make
sure it has been firmly inserted.
• Restart the unit.
NOTE:
• When the air intake filters are removed, be careful not
to touch the components inside the unit, as you could
damage them or injure yourself.
• Never operate the unit without the air intake filters in
place. This could damage the unit's evaporator and
other internal components.
Safety measures to be taken in the event of a refrigerant leak
WARNING! Refrigerant gas is extremely flammable.
Please always bear in mind that refrigerant gas is
odourless. Follow all the safety precautions to avoid the
risk of fire, personal injury or death.
If a leak is suspected because the unit's housing is damaged,
there is a weak airflow, hot air is being released from the unit
in air conditioning mode, or you can hear a faint hissing sound,
you must immediately:
• Unplug the unit
• Open windows
• Evacuate the area
• Call the fire service.
