9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Each of the following situations is not covered by the warranty:
1. Damage caused by improper use, storage and maintenance by consumers.
2. Damage caused due to disassembly and repair by the maintenance points not designated
by the company.
3. No valid invoices.
4. Damage caused by force majeure.
The customer service center of the company is still eager to serve you for the products
that are not covered by the warranty. If the product is faulty, please contact our designated
service point or customer service center.
10. SAFETY STATEMENT
1. Under any condition, if heating element works, motor should work in the same time.
2. Under working condition, if open the hood, unit goes into pause stage, heating element
and motor should stop working. Close the hood, unit continue working.
3. Under working, open the hood, display shows OPEN; Under standby mode, open the
hood, the display screen shows nothing.
4. Unit with function self-checking and defectives notification.
