Installation must be carried out by skilled technicians qualified for the task in
compliance with the regulations in force in the country where the appliance
is to be used. Incorrect installation may cause harm to property, people, or
animals, for which the manufacturer shall not be held liable.
The following precautions must be strictly observed before
using the appliance:

Check that the electrical mains voltage and frequency matches the values
specified on the label attached to each appliance (

Check that electrical mains capacity is properly rated for the maximum
input power and/or current of the appliance.

The appliance must be earthed. Therefore, check

that the earthing system complies with current safety standards.

Position the appliance on a solid, level surface where it cannot be tipped
over. Choose a dry and sheltered location, far from splashes and jets of
water, sources of heat, open flames, and flammable substances.

Do not install the appliance outdoors.

Position the dish in its housing to keep the work area as clean as possible.

Before plugging in the appliance, check that the On/Off button is in the
"O" off position. (

Connect the power cord to a socket protected by a thermal magnetic
switch or fuses. Avoid using adapters and multiple sockets.

Ensure the appliance does not crush the power cord. Roll out the cable
for its entire length. Do not run it over sharp edges or hot surfaces.
Avoid placing it in contact with oil. Do not allow it to hang freely from the
appliance's support surface.

Check that the coffee bean container (hopper) is properly positioned with
the shutter fully open.
