Open the mixer by pressing down on the arm opening lever. To fit the stainless steel bowl,

place it on its base and turn it clockwise using the mark for optimal fastening.
Attach the selected accessory to the attachment pin. This is a bayonet system: insert the

pins on the accessory rod into the slots provided. Then, push and turn the accessory anti-
clockwise, as shown on the upper parts of each accessory.
Press the arm opening lever down again and support the arm until it reaches the stainless
3.
steel bowl, making sure that the accessories do not scrape the bottom of the bowl. If
necessary, tighten or loosen the screw to adjust the distance between the end of the
accessory and the bowl.
Make sure that all accessories are properly locked in place before turning on the appliance.

Note: Carry out the assembly procedure in reverse order to remove the bowl or accessories.
Use
Press the arm opening lever to tilt the mixer head back.

Add the desired food and tilt the mixer head again so that the accessory enters the bowl.
2.
Check that the accessory used does not scrape the bottom of the bowl. If necessary,
tighten or loosen the accessory nut using a flat spanner to adjust the distance between the
end of the accessory and the bottom of the bowl.
Plug in the appliance and set the desired speed according to the recommendations in the

table on page 40.
Notes:
Make sure that the front cover is closed, as well as the protective cover of the blender
•
base. If it is not tightened properly, the mixer will not work.
If the upper protective cover is not tightened while the motor is running, the appliance
•
stops. Turn the speed controller and set it back to "0" before restarting the machine.
Recommendations
Rotating accessories can cause injury; do not put your
•
fingers in the bowl while the appliance is in operation.
Turn off the appliance, unplug it and wait for it to come to a
•
complete stop before changing the accessories.
