resulting
from

4.
Damage
to or failure

resulting
from

including

that was not in accord

codes.
5.
Damage
to or failure

discoloration
or
surface
rust, if it is not correctly
operated
and maintained

to

Damage

abuse,

7.
Damage
to or failure
