Attach the lid handle (A) onto the lid (B) with two
M5x12 screws (BB), Ø22 washers (FF) and Ø5 lock
washers (GG).

Step 2: Attach Top Hinges
Attach the top hinges (C) onto the lid (B) with
four M5x12 screws (BB), M5 Wing nuts (DD), Ø5
