TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The grill produces
smoke when it is
on.
The grill is not
responding or does
not heat up.
The outside of the
grill is very hot.

Possible reason
Food is touching the
heating element.
The food is smoking
without touching the
heating element.
Plug is not plugged in.
The grill is not switched on.
Timer has finished
counting.
The fuse has blown
Overheat protection is
triggered
Blocked vents.
Blocked air intakes.
Solution
Switch off the product and re-position
the food until it is not touching the
heating element
Interrupt the grilling process
immediately and allow the device to
cool. Do not reheat the food.
Insert the plug into the mains socket.
Push the power button at the back of
the grill.
Turn on the grill again.
Contact the authorized service agent.
If the grill overheats, it will
automatically turn off for safety.
Make sure the oil tray is filled with
water and wait for 5-6 minutes before
restarting the appliance. .
Remove any items that may be
blocking the vents.
Make sure that the air intakes
underneath the grill are free.
