OPERATING MODE
ON/OFF
• The meter will probably be switched off when you are
going to use it.
• Press the ON/RESET button to switch it ON (Fig. 6). The
partial shows on the display a similar status to that shown (Fig.
4).
• The display shows the partial meter in the upper digit line
and the "TOTAL" or "TRIP" in the lower digit line.
• Although it is switched off, the meter will automatically
switch on when detecting fluid flow and starts to record the
quantity released by showing the partial meter.
• In order to save energy, the meter switches off
automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity.
FLUID DISPENSING
• To release fluid, switch on the meter by pressing the ON/
RESET or simply start to release and the meter will
automatically switch on, starting to register the fluid.

TRIP FUNCTION
The meter is fitted with a "TRIP" meter which shows the
accumulated fluid volume released since the last "reset".
This function enables recording the register of the fluid
volume released from a barrel or tank. Set the "TRIP" meter
to zero when starting a new barrel or tank and then perform
the individual transactions with the partial meter. The partial
meter can be reset since this will not affect the "TRIP" meter.

• If after successive fluid dispensing operations (Fig. 5)
you want to reset the partial meter to zero (Fig. 7) just
press the ON/RESET button (Fig. 9). If you wish to reset

• Each volume unit released increases the partial meter,

the total meter and the "TRIP" meter too.
• When the meter switches off, or the batteries are
removed, the last measurement taken is stored.

Thus, in the "TRIP" meter, the volume released will be kept
for all transactions since the last reset and the remaining
volume in the barrel or tank can be ascertained.
When the meter is in dispensing mode, it will display the
partial counter in the upper digit line and it will show the
"TOTAL" or "TRIP" measurement in the lower digit line. Press
SELECT button (Fig. 11) for alternating between "TOTAL"
and "TRIP" modes (Fig. 10 and Fig. 12).
