CALIBRATION
CALIBRATION MODE "CAL"
For this calibration process, you must follow the following
instructions:
• You must use a calibrated precision scale to do an
accurate calibration.
• The calibration could be done for any fluid quantity but it
is recommended for a minimum of 100 grams.
Access the "CAL" mode according to the section
"CALIBRATION PROCEDURE" (page 6). After entering the
"CAL" mode, the counter will be reset to zero.
If the screen does not display the adequate measurement
unit, exit the "CAL" mode by pressing the ON/RESET button
for 5 seconds. After that, access the "SETUP" menu again
and change the units following the steps described in the
"CHANGE MEASUREMENT UNITS" section (page 8).
After the unit selection, access the "CAL" mode again and when
the meter shows a zero (Fig. 18), start to release the desire
volume quantity in the container. Remember that you must

CALIBRATION MODE "FACT"
Access the "FACT" mode according to the section
"CALIBRATION PROCEDURE" (page 6). After entering the
"FACT" mode (Fig. 29) the equipment calibration factor will be
displayed. To modify it, the first digit will be displayed blinking,
indicating that it is an editable digit (Fig. 30). The ON/RESET
button will confirm the digit value and move to the next one.
The SELECT button will increase in one unit the digit selected.
After going through every digit, the meter exits the calibration
mode and the meter will entry in dispensing mode.

release at least 100 grams for a good calibration. In the example
showed in the figures, we suppose that we release 101.00
grams following the display value in the calibrated container and
then metered value recorded is100.00 grams (Fig. 19).
After finishing the release, press ON/RESET (Fig. 20) for
introducing the real released quantity (quantity measured in
the calibrated scale). The first digit will be displayed blinking,
to indicate that it is an editable digit (Fig. 21). With the ON/
RESET button (Fig. 22) confirm the digit value and continue
to the following one. With the SELECT button (Fig. 24), it will
be increased by one unit (Fig. 25). After passing through all
digits, it will be shown in the display upper line the volume
introduced by the user and in the lower line the volume
measured by the equipment (Fig. 26). Next, it will be shown
the calibration factor calculated by the meter (Fig. 27). Finally,
the meter will automatically exit the calibration mode and it
will enter in dispensing mode (Fig. 28).
